SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us and we will help track it down or send a replacement.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or wrong item: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, message us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not need to send the item back.

Changed your mind: you can return unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original free shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds: once your return is received, or your damaged-item claim is approved, we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
